Blood sugar at 117 behind my beer and a margarita, so at an acceptable level, but higher than I like to keep it.
My insulin 'requirement' has decreased to less than one-fourth of what it once was behind healthy eating, despite being inactive and working from home and my occasional junk food forrays.
I have over to two hundred insulin pens on a shelf in the 'fridge. They supply them at no cost so I have built up quite a stock. And with the CGM on my arm I don't even need to do finger sticks to check my glucose, so I have shared many boxes of test strips to trusted GLP'ers.
If my healthcare will provide me with four times the diabetic supplies I need I have sent them as care packages to other GLP'ers.
We only have each other to take care of.
