I made the cornbread with chia seeds instead of an egg to be different. It gives it a nice crunch.

Tomorrow, our kids are taking us to the Brazilian steakhouse in Jax for our birthdays! It's expensive, but what a treat! They bring roasts to your table and carve what you want. I always eat mostly filet. They have everything though, lamb, chicken, sausages.
