I had a wisdom tooth yanked this morning so there won't be much, if any, eating today for me. I do see Tito's in my very near future though.  Milkshakes are a very good way to get nutrition after having a wisdom tooth pulled. Tito's may make it more like juicing..yanno, adding potato juice to the moo juice (cows eat grass, so the milk must be practically vegan)  Potato juice? That just sounds...very wrong. Anyhow... Roasted Pepper & Mozzarella Bites Fresh mozzarella wrapped by house-roasted red peppers, with arugula, freshly squeezed lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil. Served chilled.
