Mr found a fancy recipe so I made it tonight. I even took step by step pics. The sauce is to die for! The recipe only called for 1/4 cup parmesan. Cheese amateurs! I probably put almost a cup with a pint carton of whipping cream. I also added a bit of cornstarch to the spices for breading.

I made rice , but I think I'd like to make this again with chicken & put it over pasta.
