That looks great! I am a waffleholic. But one meal a day means I have to choose breakfast lunch OR dinner and I would say breakfast is the one left off the most. And real maple syrup is a must here.  Those eggs are perfect! My daughter won't eat them if there is one bit of crispy brown edge on the whites.  I learned how to make nice eggs early on as that's what I could cook myself when I was little. I don't care for them brown either, but I would eat them.  We rarely eat breakfast so we have it for dinner. I just drizzled a little syrup on for a pretty pic, but I had some in bowl that each bite was dipped in!
