Sadly I'm the guy our department refers all 'difficult' people or cross-discipline tasks to because I can be an even better politician than Engineer if need be. Not that 'that' is a good thing. My tonight will likely be occupied working with a MS Engineer to resolve an issue in a server OS and I can't take it down during US business hours. They have a guy in Costa Rica that I get along with well and hopefully the issue I have will go to him, but I suspect it will go to a lower level support before they escalate it. I don't care for them brown either, but I would eat them. We rarely eat breakfast so we have it for dinner.
