Nice! You're getting your fill of corn beef lately!  As soon as I get off my butt, I'm going to make another cream sauce with chicken tonight and angel hair pasta. That corned beef looks sooooo good, Louis! You cooked it perfectly!  Thank you both, I deserved it after the unholy desecration that happened to the one I allowed to be cooked at the river! I think you like corned beef as much as I like my hot roast beef sandwiches, which is a lot!!!
