I was talking about making that soon. We're trying to think of all the different ways we could make chicken. We have a freezer full!

I make good fried chicken, but I don't fry it often. It's a pain to clean up after. I'ma messy cook. LOL... that's why I prefer baking things, stewing things etc. Much less messy. I hate cleaning up grease. I was surprised that there was no flour on the floor after I made cookies. That was a first!
