Wow DB, you have much greater gardening progress than us. When it was hot here two weeks ago I used the ruffly back pasta and made that antimatter antipasto with the cheeses, sopressata Italian meat, beans, tomatoes, and Italian dressing. It was a great hot day meal. It cooled down here and should be cool much of the week behind rain. We had 1.38" today so far. Oh, here is my Corned beef and onion ring dinner. [imgur] [ link to imgur.com (secure)] So funny you had corned beef tonight! You inspired Mr to have a reuben tonight. There were big thunderstorm clouds so we decided to put our dinner out off to another night. It's a restaurant with outside seating. So we decided on sandwiches. I had my usual roast beef & havarti. [imgur] [ link to imgur.com (secure)] Mr had corned beef, roast beef, havarti, swiss, Sauerkraut with a bit of brown sugar, bacon, onions, & thousand island dressing on thick rye. [imgur] [ link to imgur.com (secure)] Yum! One of my most favorite sandwiches! I have had three in the last month or so! Helps that my son now works at Arbys! lol.
