My membership ends tomorrow.

I don't want an upgrade atm. I can easily pay month by month, just need to work on things here without too much distraction currently.

I am content to see where the rest of the summer leads me, financially or otherwise.

Will re-up in a month or two.

I have a few green to hand out before I go.

Thank you all for the inspiration, research and heart you all put into your comments and threads.

Thanks.

That means a lot.

My dog just had another episode a few hours ago.....Not as bad as the first, but equally concerning..... after it....

I took him for a ride in the truck up the county road.

Cracked the window so he could inhale the surroundings.

Saw a rabbit in the road that went into the brush and let him out to sniff.

Then we proceeded up the road again.

On the way back saw another rabbit. Let him out to sniff.

This time he caught the scent and went down the incline to investigate with child like vigor.

I called him back, because I really didn't want him catching the rabbit.......just wanted him to experience some freedom to roam.

He cooperated, but I heard a yelp and saw that he had went down again, but not as bad as the first two times. He was still alert.

He came up the small incline and I helped him into the truck.....before he just hopped in himself, but that small 2 min range must have wore him out.

He is almost 13......I expected this, but nothing can really prepare someone for it.

My parents......are not spring chickens either.........I know one day their time will come too...........sooner than I would like. bricks

I know how important your best friend is to you.

I may be a sixty year old man, but I still tear up when I think of my cat that was more like a person than a kitteh.

He could unlock the screen door and let himself and the other cats out, would turn off the room light switch if you turned the lights on and he was trying to sleep, and he was deaf and you could communicate with him telepathically. If we wanted him to come home we just had to think we wanted him back and he would come running from the woods.

I've had a lot of pets, but only 3 that were super special that way, well including Butters.

I had a tuxedo kitty masked Sylvester before I met Mr. I'm not sure I would have made it through my life at home without him. Then in my 20s, I had a dog named Gooey who followed me everywhere.
