Oh yeah... dinner.  I pulled a tub of vegetable beef soup & a chunk of cooked pork roast out of the freezer for an easy night. on a buttered Hawaiian bun with havarti cheese https://imgur.com/8Me0sZw Mr made his hot open faced with swiss & Mongolian BBQ sauce https://imgur.com/ZrqDxGb That looks delicious! Havarti cheese makes the best cheese quesadillas. It melts and releases a buttery liquid that fries the edges of the tortilla. So much better than cheddar! SN, your fried tortilla edges has me wanting to try that cheese now!
