Oh yeah... dinner.  I pulled a tub of vegetable beef soup & a chunk of cooked pork roast out of the freezer for an easy night. on a buttered Hawaiian bun with havarti cheese https://imgur.com/8Me0sZw Mr made his hot open faced with swiss & Mongolian BBQ sauce https://imgur.com/ZrqDxGb That looks delicious! Havarti cheese makes the best cheese quesadillas. It melts and releases a buttery liquid that fries the edges of the tortilla. So much better than cheddar! SN, your fried tortilla edges has me wanting to try that cheese now! Try it, Louis! It's so good! Another thing to try is fried string cheese (mozzarella in the little wrappers). Room temperature, remove wrapper (duh), place in non-stick frying pan (no oil), heat slowly until melted. Buttery liquid goodness. You will lick the plate. :)
