You found a bubble for Pool! Way to go, Louis.  Someone mentioned chicken parmesan for his lady friend. That is my all-time favorite meal, except that I like it smothered in alfredo sauce (not marinara) and with angel hair pasta rather than fettucini. The two places that spoiled me for life on this dish are Bravo on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, and Gino's in Dam Neck, Virginia. I tried to get two popular Italian restaurants to replicate it last year when I was in DC. The chicken was great, but they couldn't get the alfredo sauce right. Ironically, alfredo sauce is not a thing here in Italy.  I would've never thought that! LOL. We love alfredo sauce in this house. Nef makes a killer alfredo. I'm certain you would approve. :) We were going to have alfredo tonight, but decided to wait for tomorrow when Baby stays as she loves it. We just use the jar kind though. My son makes it ho made really well, but it's kind of expensive when he does. We're overdue for some alfredo here!
