There are a lot of youtubes on it. Remember 1 or 2 T and that's it. No oil. Put it in a kettle (not a pan) because they pop high.
You stir the seeds with the heat on medium high. (no lid)
I think I turned the heat down little by little as they were popping like I did with popcorn.

They turn white like popcorn but are very small.
You can eat it with your fingers or a spoon (cause they're so small).

Add a smattering of nutritional yeast to add the slightly cheesy flavour and it is awesome!

I was obsessed be with nutritional yeast when I first had to cut out salt. I sprinkled that on everything. Now that you reminded me, I'll have to buy some!

Oh that so sucks. I'm someone that can eat a tablespoon of pretzel salt for a snack and want more when I'm done.

Here is dinner: an excessive but well deserved serving of corned beef with swiss cheese, horseradish sauce, and a ton of salt and pepper on swirl rye bread.

Sided with hot garlic pepper rings and honey mustard pretzel organic molecules.

WTF? This is my sammich on my laptop. here is the link. [link to imgur.com (secure)]

That is so weird! wtf

There were a lot of things I couldn't have when my kidneys were worse, not much cheese either. I had to cut down potassium, phosphorus and calcium, I think it was.

Now, I'm used to not having salt. I can't eat some things now as it doesn't taste good, too salty. So glad i can have cheese now!
