Literally both, poo and pooh. YOUR version is much nicer. Aww thank you I seem to have an odd habit of hearing what people aren't saying and feeling the thoughts and emotions inside of them. That literally was what stopped me from going to malls and theatres decades ago. I can relate, Louis. More now than ever. So last night it was stormy here, so I didn't want to go out...hungry for both Chik-fil-A and Chinese food, lol.... What you get when you combine those cravings, lol... I put the wrappings in the photo to show what I used. I don't usually buy Perdue organic cuts (they were a buy one/get one at Publix) I had frozen the package...I heated that first and then added the frozen veggies and equal amounts of the two sauces--well maybe a bit more Polynesian as the Chik-fil-A sauce is a bit mustardy...the noodles are a staple for me as they only take 5 minutes to cook in the microwave and I saved the beef sauce packet for another dish on another day.... https://imgur.com/a/VJNcGdx eta photo, lol Also, I have been meaning to mention that I have used the last third of some weird Pringles flavors that I bought at the beginning of this pandemic--crushing them up and using them for chicken coating---better than just throwing them out...I really like the BBQ Pringles used that way.... So I thought I'd share... So sad to hear about the loss of the baby.... Really missing Virginia this week....for years between 2004 to about 2010 my daughter and I would set out on I 95 and go up to Virginia Beach/Chesapeake, etc., to visit my dad and my stepmom and a few childhood friends before heading up the Eastern Shore to the Cape Lewes-Cape May ferry to the Garden State Pkwy where we would make multiple stops...usually picking up hubs in the Atlantic City airport before heading north to visit his brothers and sister in different towns along the parkway...always stopping in Wildwood and Seaside Heights...those were happy times..."Watch the Tram car, please!" the boardwalk food was always so good in the fresh ocean air...sausage and peppers, cheesesteak, curley fries, we would walk along and buy one of stuff and share it, for the most part..but watch out for the seagulls! they were really aggressive--one once stole an ice cream cone from me! Yesterday evening I bought three bags of Perdue grilled chicken for $10. and the Wright Brothers bacon was $7.99 for a pound and a half instead of the usual $10.99 so I bought four and one-half pounds of it. I got many food items and the trip cost $273 but after arriving home I thought of other things we must have. Or maybe they're things I must have when I'm alone for a fortnight next week. I can appreciate missing Virginia. Our weather, while very rainy, has been pretty comfortable here the post month; our power bill was about $100 less than usual at $150. Really appreciating this thread! SN, that's one of my favorite songs--thanks for sharing! Hubs often asks me to pull these up on the ipad to watch the boardwalks-- There are multiple views, but our favorite is the one that has the Hot Spot in the description--we used to stop there alot [link to wildwoodsnj.com (secure)] This is Seaside Heights: [link to www.earthcam.com (secure)] Louis, you may remember Ocean View Amusement Park in Norfolk--I was very young when we used to go and was so sad when it got torn down... Of course I do!!! They even filmed a movie starring Martin Landau named "The Death of Ocean View Park" when they torn it down. There was a pub / restaurant further down Ocean View Drive called the Thirsty Camel. Three decades ago I would give my techs Friday afternoon as a slack time off and we would spend Friday afternoon there with a couple of beers, burgers, and fries. I have a glass block from the ice cream stand at Buckroe Beach Amusement Park when it too was torn down. Until your military service has required you neutralize enemy combatants and invaders in the defense of your country, don't presume to tell us that have defended you that you don't support every shot we fired to eliminate that enemy. |

That would be horrifying to watch as you would know what the outcome would be. Yes, for sure. Glad you didn't see it go down. ~*Ride the Wave*~ |

That is my arm now; broken for 7 months User ID: 74712461 United States 06/18/2021 09:45 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | As a child of age eight I found an eight-track tape of one of their albums, possibly the first one, strewn along a ditch in front of mom's house. I cleaned and spliced back together the tape and bought an eight-track player at a community garage sale and heard their music for the first time. And many times. It was my only eight-track tape. They're in color, I can smell things, I can feel things (like being touched), often times they involve people I know irl, but sometimes not. My dreams are a trip. They are so realistic that they make me question my reality at times. ~*Ride the Wave*~ |

That may be why I remember my December 10, 1914 birthday and my dying in the Caribbean in the 17th century. I'm just a regular guy; perhaps composed in part of a very old spirit that doesn't always forget.
