I'm not sure that's something wed be able to fix ourselves. There is a repair place in town. We can call them & see what they say. Sometimes they have used ones for sale, too. We checked our local Habitat for Humanity. It was nothing but junk! We both looked at each other & knew we both heard this song in our heads. I met a guy once who fixed appliances and resold them. Very up & up guy. Our local guys have been around a long time. I think they are pretty honest. I just hate to call because I know there is a fee just to come out. I called them once years ago for a washer. Turned pout the washer wasn't repairable, but I had to pay the service call which was like $75? That's a lot of money for a "Sorry, I can't help you." We both looked at each other & knew we both heard this song in our heads. [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] That is such a shame. I've bought the 48" TV / Monitor, my dishwasher parts, our oven, floor tiles, wall paint, and ceiling fans, many items new on contactor palets, geez--so many things I can't recall all of them. Maybe it's picked clean behind the COVID lockdowns and people not working? Lance your goose patrol was cute. Maybe. I just did another load. The floor was completely dry. When it drained the wash water, it looked to me like the water was bubbling up form the drain in the floor rather than from under the machine. It was hard to tell before I busted out some of the tile covering the drain. I'm going to buy some drain opener & try pouring it down the drain in the floor. maybe I should pour some down the drain where the washer hose goes, too? I figure it's always good to try cheapest thing first! I believe we have been in this house for fourteen years this month and my bathtub / shower drain line is an about 1.5 inch pipe running horizontally about five feet to connect to the toilet line before going down to under the house. That horizontal line has clogged three times with slow draining and the tub gradually filling with water as I showered. I used the Liquid Plumber Foaming Drain Cleaner. The bottle is two bottles in one and when you pour it into the drain they combine and it expands fully clearing the pipe top to bottom. Them you just run hot water through it to rinse the burned off crap in the pipe down the drain. For the washer you could run the clean cycle so it dumps a full tub of hot water down the drain when the clean cycle ends or just fully fill it on the hot cycle then spin that hot water out down the drain. It sounds like you may have found the problem. I believe pool wrote her dishwasher is an Admiral too. All their parts are interchangeable so right now I have a Kenmore--Maytag hybrid dishwasher. The same goes for many of their washer parts. The Maytag dishwasher has a sanitize cycle and I used it's panel and controller to replace the ones on the Kenmore when they failed, however the Kenmore has a higher wattage heater so when the Maytag controller turned the heater on for the sanitize cycle, it blew the thermal fuse on the controller board behind too much current for too long. I built another thermal fuse on the kitchen counter cutting board and installed it on the Maytag controller board now in the dishwasher and we have had a working dishwasher again for the past two years. About nine years ago I used the motor / pump from that Maytag to replace the one in the Kenmore in the kitchen. A new motor would have cost $189 at the time, however that Habitat for humanity dishwasher only cost me $25 and I was able to get over $300 in parts from it with that motor, panel, and control board it 'organ donated' to the house dishwasher and I saved on any repair costs because for some insane reason I have spent a lifetime doing all my own appliance and vehicle repairs. Best wishes on the wet hole in the floor and hopefully just a clog and no leaks. Leeks are okay, but only if you are cooking. Thank you for doing the work and letting Mr. Have his Father's Day off!!! I was 40 before I could afford to buy a sports car (and afford the insurance...and buy the premium fuel) Young folks don't appreciate them anyhow. Nope.
