I made chicken tacos to take to my son's house tonight. We had pecan pie, too, but I ate it before I remembered I was supposed to take a pic. I just couldn't resist. https://imgur.com/NUAn1Jp Quoting: Paranoiaaaaa That looks great Para! I had steak, 'tater with [of course bacon], cheddar cheese, butter, and sour cream. I only ate one-half of the meal, the other half will be today's breakfast around 11:00. https://imgur.com/zbXEqFk It probably took until the guy was old & handicapped before he could afford it? That's a running joke that it's always old guys driving the little sports cars.
Quoting: Paranoiaaaaa I'm thinking, 'worked fingers to the bone.' Quoting: pool And wearing his legs out in the process.

Quoting: Paranoiaaaaa 40-60 seem to be the ages around here for the drivers of the hotter vehicles. I was 40 before I could afford to buy a sports car (and afford the insurance...and buy the premium fuel) Young folks don't appreciate them anyhow. Quoting: Shadowlander Nope. I've driven an F1 once...you don't get a decent sportscar unless...you know how to drive the thing! WHich is at least 50 with an extensive knowhow of standard shifting. 300 MPH is okay if you don't flip ! Quoting: Saint Lance the Odd from BC I had a State Trooper friend check my speed on radar when I had my driveable midlife crisis. I got up to 160 and felt like the vehicle would go airborne so stopped accelerating. Quoting: Louis in Richmond So true! Great looking meal. Going fast on a motorcycle really does feel like you're flying.Of course since I'm not driving, I can close my eyes & imagine that I am!
