I love that szechuan sauce! We use it in stir fry sometimes. I love some of our local ones too...just a little heat. Hope everyone had a great day. I'm trying to figure out dinner but have some more work too. We have some absolutely gorgeous lettuce from our csa so maybe a salad base with chicken on top? or take a page from Louis and have corned beef hash? I have a couple jars of corned beef left. It's really too hot to cook. Monday's almost over!
