I love that szechuan sauce! We use it in stir fry sometimes. I love some of our local ones too...just a little heat. Hope everyone had a great day. I'm trying to figure out dinner but have some more work too. We have some absolutely gorgeous lettuce from our csa so maybe a salad base with chicken on top? or take a page from Louis and have corned beef hash? I have a couple jars of corned beef left.  It's really too hot to cook.Monday's almost over!  It's too hot here. We aren't set up for 90F temperatures. 3 degrees HOTTER then Louis weather station is showing. Leftovers...naan, MATER PANEER, LAMB SHAHI KORMA and MANGO BUTTER CHICKEN and hopefully the boy is getting me some pilsners (best hot weather beer really) IF they will serve him...silly lad 'ONLY' has a passport for ID...ridiculous 2 pieces of ID rules/laws. You can go anywhere in the world but you can't buy 6 beers for your dad. So strange...It's usually hotter here. It was only 87 today. I think somebody's messing with our weather again.
