You are a strange one.

If I ate that much salt, my kidneys would probably fail. I've gotten myself trained so that I rarely when use the salt shaker.

When I was on the low iodine diet, I had to remind myself to add salt to my recipes. I usually don't. Being that I was only eating home made food, i needed some salt.

She has such a cool voice, very different. At least you been left alone to enjoy some tunes.

I have spent my entire evening screaming "DIE" at it.

I thank God it has left from my immediate environment.

I know... the salt thing is very puzzling to me.

I just can't consume enough of it.

My body truly begins to die without it in levels lethal to most mammals. It has been that way for years.

I wish I knew why.

Made again. Wasnt as nice. Used cheaper eggs ( quite decent orange ) that you get used to but when you use the others. Its much nicer. Even with the help of cream and chives ( the way ramsey makes ) Sure I added more cream but it wasnt that. Then added a bit too much butter to the mushroom. So made the plate more wet then needed. With the plating up. Its like you need to find the way. More so than other dishes. Then keep the format. Adding brown sauce is annoying. Would maybe need a mold.

Who the fuck eats Mushrooms with breakfast

Who dosent.. when you make a cooked breakfast like this. The items go well, without having to go proper greasy with an English breakfast. The tomato goes well with sausage. The egg goes well with sausage. Tomato and egg goes but on this the consisancy isnt like standard tomato and egg. With means theres a cooked mushroom. Why is the concept of a cooked mushroom not heard of where you are. Just for clarification. I assumed this might be a continental style breakfast. Maybe I heard correct or just assumed so but obviously not.

Poolio. Bacon is nice but I think this style dosent need bacon. Not that it would be bad but just like a sausage and egg mcmuffin. A bacon and egg mcmuffin etc. Where as this dosent apply with American or English breakfast. Not that theres rules. Just think the items are good.

If you are actually French. You will go bananas later. When I add mint sauce to lamb chops.

I cant be bothered to get all fancy with ingredients. So will just make what I used to make my Mum.

Only time I bought lamb at an Italian. I guess it were like a honey. Berry. Mint glaze. Something of the sort anyway.

I am just making stuff Iv made before also. Sort of because its nice etc. Then maybe think a bit smarter but I guess its just a social thing here anyway.

Does anyone here think. Chive and cream scrambled egg. With pan fried sausage. Fried Picollo tomato and a baked mushroom. Dosent go on a breakfast?

Apart from being an unsophisticated Brit thinking a breakfast cooked in the 30s is somehow kinda bling.

I eat mushrooms in an omelet or stirred in scrambled eggs. It's good! Besides, everyone's tastes are different.

Not particulary appealing ( hence why people pack sandwiches when they visit England ) lol

Sometimes the chops render better and the butcher this time. Left the knuckle pertruding on all chops. This makes chops not lay in frying pan. You are like. Lets see. Ugh.

But still good enough.

You render the back of chops ( like a rack of lamb ) in a cold pan then render. At this point and because of above. A grill would be good but instead you then use another frying pan ( steel ) and just cook like a steak.

So its pan fried chops. Baked rosemary and garlic potatoes. Yorkshire pudding. Giant peas. Steamed cauliflour. Beef and lamb gravy ( from chops ) with red wine and raspberry jam.

When serving you. Just add scatter the cooked garlic and season with crumbled baked rosemary. Then add mint sauce.

Its ok. Look kinda boring. Not sure about lamb chops in general. How they could be made different. Lamb noodle. Spiced chop. Dunno
