The chops were nicer. I got done out yesterday. It must be where the chops were for show. Even though these were from the counter also but as usual. They fill the pan with lamb fat. Which you add to the gravy. Added more berry jam. Thought too much but makes it good. Not sure where I thought to add jam. Maybe its obvious to add sweetness. The only roast better. Would maybe be prime beef ( English roast ) or maybe even bird. If by a proper chef.

Pan fried lamb chop. Rosemary and garlic roast new potatoes. Steamed cauliflower and fine beans. Beef dripping Yorkshire pudding. Beef and lamb gravy with red wine and berry jam. Finished with roast shallots. Roast garlic. Seasoned with crisp rosemary and topped with mint sauce.
