We haven't done the mash yet. But we have done mashed turnips and they are pretty good.

We just like to roast the cauli and season it. Tonite was garlic and parmesan cheese (with salt and pepper and smoked paprika)

Sometimes we do curry powder instead.

Just toss in olive oil and seasonings, then roast for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
