Chicken stuffed with Cajun sausage with a pepper jack cream sauce on top, and green beans on the side. :) https://imgur.com/WIOY7W5 We've recently just had this, but it was good! So here we are again. :) Leftover salad was for lunch. Minus the chicken. That looks delicious. And there are those pretty green beans again.  My mom usually bought us dented sale cans of ravioli (microwavable stuff). Eggs must have been cheap because we always had those, too. And generic slim jims? Speaking of eggs, I had 2 strange ones I just cracked and then dumped. They're brown eggs. These seems like they were not just broken, but almost scrambled inside the shell. They were dark orange, too. I've never seen that before.
