Anyone who refuses the Vax can be detained under the mental health act and whilst at a hospital it will be compulsory to get the Vax (for their safety and the staff). Not good indeed Anonymouse |

Not good indeed Quoting: Anonymouse71 The authors of the report refer to Section 3 of the Mental Health Act 1983. This permits for the detention of an individual in hospital for treatment if they do not have capacity to give informed consent under the Mental Capacity Act 2005. Put shortly, the 1983 Act creates an exception to the common law requirement that medical treatment is only lawful with an individual’s informed consent. [link to ukhumanrightsblog.com (secure)] |

(OP) User ID: 79757494 United Kingdom 12/14/2020 10:52 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Mental Health Act In most cases when people are treated in hospital or another mental health facility, they have agreed or volunteered to be there. You may be referred to as a voluntary patient. But there are cases when a person can be detained, also known as sectioned, under the Mental Health Act (1983) and treated without their agreement. The Mental Health Act (1983) is the main piece of legislation that covers the assessment, treatment and rights of people with a mental health disorder. People detained under the Mental Health Act need urgent treatment for a mental health disorder and are at risk of harm to themselves or others. [link to www.nhs.uk (secure)] |

Here’s an excerpt of the white paper. Our evidence is forward-looking. We expect that a Covid-19 vaccine will become available in sufficient quantity to enable population-wide immunisation. At that stage, the Government will need to consider the means of delivery, including whether it is necessary to legislate for compulsory vaccination. We consider the human rights law dimensions of compulsory vaccination by reference to the Human Rights Act 1998 and the European Convention on Human Rights. As such, our submission primarily addresses a live issue the second question in the Committee’s call for evidence. If Covid-19 ‘lockdown’ measures are compatible with human rights law, then it is arguable that compulsory vaccination is too (lockdown parity argument); Quoting: Damn...!!! If compulsory medical treatment under mental health law for personal and public protection purposes is compatible with human rights law, then it is arguable that compulsory vaccination is too (mental health parity argument). These laws we quietly inserted into law over the past decade in most countries for this very event. Get ready for a rough ride ahead. |
