It may have short term benefits for muscle, but long term it will promote growth that shouldn't be happening in adults including bone growth. Adults taking human growth hormone to stay young, really shows how dumb the general population is. Oh young people have HGH so if I take it I will be young. No you won't, your cells will still be old. Your body doesn't age from a loss of hormones, it loses hormones, because it ages. HGH is actually the highest in infancy and slowly diminished until it drops off dramatically in your late teens and early twenties. The reason the body cuts it off is, because if you were growing at thirty like you were at infancy you would end up being a giant by the time your fifty. I've taken the injectable, purchased from Canada, ReliableRx pharmacy of I recall the name right. It's a biologic human product, had to be injected into the abdomen like insulin is done. Your not going to be eating more, you actually stay on a very low 500-700 calorie a day diet which sounds miserable but you don't get hungry. On that low caloric intake plus the drug itself you have to take breaks from it but I don't recall the break schedule. I lost about 40 pounds over 3 months, but once stopped and your back to eating normally again without lifestyle changes the weight will slowly come back. I'm in my 60's Tried a million different diets. The truth that I have found is it comes down to activity level to keep your metabolism up and the calories you stuff into your face. Honestly, no BS. Another thing I learned is on average, every person, as they age due to just natural metabolism slow down gain about 5 pounds each year. First, you can start taking the USDA food pyramid and turn it upside down. Stop all bread, starchy food, gravies, butters, dairy. Toss out all your current cooking oils, only use virgin grape seed for hot cooking and cold olive oil for things like a cold dip or dressing. Carbs should be lowest carb vegetables you can find but don't stress out on diet details. Just remember, clean low processed meat about the size of a deck of playing cards, clean vegetables and healthy fresh fruit. If you keep heathy foods around you, you can sort of graze all day long, like a fresh juicy apple or carrot. All diets suck and they don't last so you really need to alter what your putting in your mouth but once you figure out all the alternative foods that taste good to you like fresh mushrooms and grilled chicken then you won't be so miserable. Eggs contain cholesterol, the precursor to most hormones, brain tissue, and blood vessel repair cells. Minimize carbs. 2 drops of Lugols Iodine in a glass of water daily. (thyroid is likely starving for it. Liver Detox for a week (daily drink 6 oz of tart cherry juice). Then whatever the program calls for. The liver is the key to tranforming food into energy or into fat. It needs to work correctly. I would not mess with hormones directly. Best way for a woman to get ovarian or breast cancer. Also had all the crap symptoms. I tried every herbal otc remedy but nothing helped. I was always tired. Then I started hormone replacement therapy I’ve been on hormone replacement for 3 years No side effects except I’m in great shape, I do weight lifting 5 days a week I have been able to build muscle and lose fat I did keto at first and lost 20 lbs. now exercising keeps the weight off and I eat mostly what I want I am doing the hormone pellets and dosage has been the same all 3 yrs I will never go back! |

All that protein you eat will only be stored as fat without muscle synthesis, you will slowly get fat again once you reach a plateau and continue eating the same way. You will have to go into more of a caloric deficit which will waste away even more muscle, next your heart. There is a mental health issue in how she perceives her body. |
