Why? Did you know we can really only process like 2oz at a time. Then we take a pee. You would do better to time yourself to the midway point of 2 oz drinking and urination. At some point tho..you need to not consume anything so your organs rest. This all takes work. Body has to filter the gross stuff in our water.

I'll admit I am probably dehydrated. But I don't buy that we "need" to be drinking all this water all the time. The same ones who gave us the faulty food pyramid when I was a kid, are probably the same ones pushing water water water.

I drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning and 6 beers at night for years. I switched up to peppermint and green tea and a couple cups of water to swallow my vitamins in the morn but stay with the beer.

I drink around a half gallon water everyday. Coffee, and sweet tea for variety. Haven't drank alcohol in a while now. It takes one day at a time, but I do get the urge every now and again.

Good. Coffee doesn't count though since it dries you out.

How many liters of water do I need to reconstitute dehydrated water?

1 "metric load" = a little over a half a gallon

If you don't like water, just take the 1 quart dehydrated water tablets with 2 oz of any liquid.

Do that 4 times per day and you'll have met your gallon of water per day recommendation.

Was moody all day today cos I forgot to drink water.

But all my water is radioactive and poisoned..even bottled and soft drinks

Run it through a Berkey first, that city pumped crap is why my kidneys are shot.

Same with that cheap water in those thin plastic bottles you buy by the caseloads. Terrible stuff, except maybe the more expensive ones like Fiji water, which may get quite expensive.

Bicarbonate of soda and Chancapiedra can fix the kidneys. Especially the latter...

In future going to cook ginger soup most days. That should take care of hydration.
