Wong Kim Ark, 169 US. 649, anyone born on U.S. soil and subject to its jurisdiction is a natural born citizen, regardless of parental citizenship. This type of citizenship is referred to as birthright citizenship.

Since they defined what a citizen is,

So how is it that Illegal citizens are allowed to vote in some states, no ID required to show you are a citizen. Sounds like they change the rules.

Quit using the term Illegal Aliens, They are Illegal Citizens.
The Constitution does not say anywhere about Aliens, but citizens are repeated many many times.

I totally agree with his interpretation of the matter.

That's great but you have to get someone, anyone, in some position of authority to actually do something about it, and eight years of a Kenyan-Indonesian president taught us that will never happen.

Believe me, I would LOVE to see it happen, and God bless Orly Taitz for fighting that fight. I followed the Obama issue from the beginning, but came to the realization I mentioned above after seeing case after case get tossed for lack of standing, just as has been happening with the election fraud lawsuits this time.
