Guys who have outbursts and bully co-workers know their time is short. His newer movies are not doing good lately and he is getting old. He was a douche for years behind closed doors and they get worse as they age. One less house, car, servant, etc., to help his co workers, rather than verbally abuse them would have been more manly.
