But they don't look so bad cooked and the nose knows. the most important thing is how do you feel after eating them? fact is they are more nutritious than grains, fruits, vegetables etc. they are more nutritious than meat. because they have eyes, lungs, heart, brains you are getting total complete nutrition like an egg or something only better.
