If the election in California is found to be invalid, the 55 electoral votes would not default to Trump, they will be completely discarded.

Then, both candidates would have less than the 270 or greater required to win. It would then go to the House for the President and to the Senate for the Vice-President.

If true it will be ignored the government will ignore any violation that is too inconvenient.
