Another brand new update this evening Sunday 12-20, there was a midnight deadline tonight to pass the government funding bill, they didn't make it so they passed a one day extension bill to fund the government and come back tomorrow, Monday Dec. 21 to pass the stimulus bill and the government funding bill.

He gives some details about what's in the bill but none of the actual text has been released even for Congress to read, only verbal updates from Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer etc.:
