Snakes as in snakes in the grass, or wolves in sheep's clothing, it was my terminology, not what Lin said.
What Lin said, roughly, was that, in his opinion there were traitors everywhere, even in Trumps Oval office, that he felt should have been fired and jailed a long time ago. Also that Trump had many Trump cards that for some reason hadn't been played yet and he didn't know why. Those being the 2018 EO, martial law, and plain old executive power, among others. I'm assuming the insurrection act at least.
That he was embattled like Abe Lincoln was, surrounded by traitors with no idea who he could trust, but that some of his advisors he knew was lying to him about things.
