That's 99.867 percent that had no ill effects, (that we know of).
The survival rate is 99.99X for COVID, (where the X digit depends on your age). That's .00X percent.

Looks like the odds are better to catch COVID and live than they are to have an adverse reaction to the Pfizer vaccine.
