That 66.2% figure like I explained is taken from the amount of people who are eligible and voted. Not the amount of people who are registured and voted. 66.2% of 240m (eligible) is 158m which is where that percentage number comes from. according to bloomberg(where that 66.2% is coming from) there have been 158m votes tallied with 3m left on 12/12. 5th grade reading and comprehension..
