Thread: I just received an odd text from Bank of America

Holidays?

I think covid related, not sure. but several branches around me were closed. I went to their website and looked at the locations near me, it showed several locations closed.

Must be covid related? Physically went into a BoA last weekend for a few minutes to speak to a banker to take care of business. Other than the plexiglass screens and masks it appeared as business as usual.

Most likely it's "THE GREAT RESET" .........

U can grab one of them 'Power Banks' from the Ebay. $10

it's something that will Recharge/fill up your phone when there is no power no electricity. due to blackouts.

Very handy and convenient! A Must-Have!

but these are only up to 20watts, but still good for charging phones.

this hand crank generator has USB port. to charge up your phone! It's waay better!

a combination of both Power Bank and generator is Perfect!


There is a more expensive hand crank generator with a max watts of 150w that's around 120 dollars.

It’s been happening. Capital One was about 5 mins from me, they have closed most of them it’s about 40 now. Imagine the lines. TD bank will not let you in the lobby anymore. Nothing makes sense

Whenever I go on my regional bank's web site, they have a banner at the top saying which branches are "temporarily closed". They might just mean for walk in traffic though, the drive throughs might still be open like they were before, don't know.

But they are always announcing various branch closures.
