They have the tools. The technology. The funding. The manpower. Any target of their gaze will not go unseen. Their vision is total, if they care to look.

He knows he won't fight them by darting through the shadows. He has turned towards them as they prowl, knowing that they are now trapped. They are so rapt they won't have any choice but to look while he pulls the curtain down.

They have the money, the technology, the knowledge, the power. But he has an inner sun so bright that it cannot possibly be stolen or won. Now that they have fixed their attention on him, he will use them to change the whole world.
