Any Lawyers here? Taco Bell Drive Thru
I know this is all going to sound very petty to most of you.
I get it, red me or whatever you need to do. Mock. Whatever. I can dig it.

So...

One of these drive thrus where there is no possibility of escape once you round the corner due to high curb, fence, cars behind and in front.

False advertising on website, false advertising in window, false advertising on drive-thru speaker all contracting on offer is "Nacho Party Pack"

On this contract of commerce I enter into the inescapable drive-thru only to get to the speaker and have them tell me Nacho Party Pack is no longer on offer in spite of all of the advertising both on-location and website.

Now the contract of commerce is breached and I am trapped against my will in this drive-thru.

What are my options?

File criminal charges for illegal detainment?

Put Taco Bell in dishonor with an Affidavit and have them default on my claims?

What I expect is to be compensated for my time and the time of my son who was with me. I have calculated 113.27 as the amount I expect to be rewarded in settlement.

Pay the extra $1.99 for the Nacho Party Pack. Eating at Taco Bell makes you part of the problem bro. Just sayin.

What, and get two coupons for a free taco?

No, sorry.

I called and asked for their legal department but they would not transfer me.

they'll probably send him some coupons, so he can repeat his experience

reminds of that time years ago, when I was munching on some candied popcorn out of a box, and then realized I was chewing on a dirty bandaid

I called and complained, they sent a case of the stuff tdown

Re: Any Lawyers here? Taco Bell Drive Thru
lets play:

1. you took pictures of the signs stating the sale, right?
2. you recorded the person telling you it was no longer available, right?
3. you took pictures of the drive thru without exit and cars in front of you and behind blocking your in/out, right?
4. you asked to speak to a manager, right?
5. you record that manager conversation, right?
6. depending upon the State you are in, you notified all said parties you were recording them, right?

If you did all that, which is building a case, then you can for $35 dollars take it to small claims and ask for your $113 plus your $35 filing and the costs of your serve, plus time and expense capping off at 10k, provided your State offers that option?

good luck and hope you don't get judge who loves taco bell.

Lol...unless you had some taco bell employees carjack you and make you go to the taco hell drive thru, pretty much any case they will win, no matter what it is.

Spray paint “ni**er” or “white lives matter” on the side of the building and someone will come along and burn it down for you. Way more effective than litigation.

Re: Any Lawyers here? Taco Bell Drive Thru
this may seem like a trivial post but it's NOT.

because it's not only tAco bell being designed, set up like this. so that you cannot escape. it's fucking EVERYTHING

EVERY apartment complex closes all their entrances exits but one. they are now doing it in the suburbs, they are closing entrance/exit points so there is only one.

under the ruse that it's for safety. NOW we see what the real reason is. so they can TRAP us and quarantine us. i was suspicious of this shit for years because it was being done EVERYWHERE.

I've seen entire square mile subdivisions with one entrance and one exit in the whole goddamn thing. they could trap the entire population by closing the one entrance/exit

they've even been doing this with all facilities. some kind of psycho control freaks need to make sure they have absolute control over the entrance exits 'for our safety'.

Being fed is not the issue here, a million options and ultimately we used food at home in the fridge.

Wasted time is the issue and that wasted time is largely in part due to no exits available, illegal detention.

I'm sure there are those who understand the dishonor of this situation.

First time ever in that drive thru? No? Then you knew what you getting into when you drove in. You assert that is your main bitch point. Same amount of time spent if the product was available.

If that's all you have to whine about you may want to think about your blessings
