The place I work at is a small business. We could hire TWO more full time staff for the cost of health insurance for 12 people...and our deductibles are not cheap. It's ridiculous, and crushing small businesses. Insurance gets a ton of money, but small businesses literally can't create jobs that they would like to create because of absurd overhead.

Retirement: most of us prob won't even see a penny of Social Security, as the government has raided it for decades. Social Security used to be super solvent and successful. The government uses it like a slush fund.
