Going to be 7 at our get together. I'm not worried because all of the adults have already had Covid. Two new studies show those that had Covid are good to go for 6 months maybe more they say. They may not even show antibodies against it in the test but they may have T cell immunity. Even if they are exposed to the virus again their body will attack the virus before it multiplies too much thus making them less of a risk to spread it.

Here is the fact of the matter folks. You are not likely to catch covid unless someone is showing symptoms and you have spent more than 5 minutes around them. Many people probably catching it because someone with the sniffles or running low grade temps are not staying home. Oh "it's just allergies" or "I had this nagging little cough for weeks". So, just make sure whoever you are hanging with ISN'T SHOWING ANY SYMPTOMS.

I know I have had to have several exposures this year(how can you go out shopping without exposure?), I even had exposure with one of my kids when I am sure she had it (found out after the fact of course), but any symptoms I had lasted 24 or 48 hours max and were very mild and hardly noticeable. Your nose is the first line of defense. If you are experiencing a little more than normal mucus production this year, IT'S A GOOD THING! Your body is working to stop the virus. That crap up in your nose is a sticky virus catcher that's what it is!
