Scientfically it is extremely implausible that alien races travel across the vast galaxy as huge amounts of energy would be required and still would tqke monumental amounts of time. Say this is so, then why would they visit the Earth out of 40 billion habitable planets? Not only that, why would they visit such a cosmic backwater? The Earth is not on a significant spiral arm of the galaxy, but in the middle of nowhere and so should be far away from the oldest parts and the logical hubs of a spiral galaxy.

If the interdimensional theory is correct, then parallel realities exist and an infinite amount of species could theoretically coexist in this spacetime. Are human beings significant? Probably not.
