Operation Dark Winter

By now, most of you have seen the phrase 'Dark Winter being used by Biden and others.

Let's take a closer look...

So Far:

-Biden has said "Dark Winter" 4 times (at least)
-Trudeau said Dark Winter recently
-2 WaPo reporters post the phrase Dark Winter at least twice
-Now McConnell uses the phrase Dark Winter

Now look at what Operation Dark Winter is:

Operation Dark Winter was the code name for a senior-level bio-terrorist attack simulation conducted on June 22–23, 2001. It was designed to carry out a mock version of a covert and widespread smallpox attack on the United States. Starting to make sense yet?
This is an ad for the the move “Midnight Sky” — nothing more.

Whatever their reason for saying it, it sounds very ominous.

Two theories:

1. It's a call sign. Whoever says Dark Winter, is telling the group behind it 'they are in'

2. They are posting it because they're saying it's "Go Time" with whatever their plan is
