I want off Instagram too, but my business relies on it.

I deleted both Facebook and Instagram at the same time. It has been roughly 4 months since I did and today as compared to then I am more mentally healthy and my mood is higher and stable.
Even in the face of everything that has been happening i feel more mentally well now than I did in all the years that I used both of those platforms.

I downloaded it when it first came out. I deleted it pretty quick as I didn't see how it was useful.

Now I see how it was useful - to them!

Just blocked all permissions for that app.

I only use it for my business. But I know a lot of people who are on it constantly.

I am shocked that you are still using these services.

I don't use FB or IG. Don't understand why you would unless you run a business.
