I'd agree there is no way to make all things safe, that is why there are warning labels and such.
But mediciness have been found to be tainted and impure, sometimes with knowledge -- one not too long ago even.
But 100% blanket immunity? Naw, that is some fascist shit right there, and not the good kind! :)

Know thyselves and what works for you is a good start to less reliance on others for your medical concerns.
