i can see why they might think its the US Air Force

since it seems to be an attack from a drone

but directed energy weapons may not be incredibly hard to create ... there are many signs they're being used by criminal organizations, large corporations, maybe various groups within the government without authorization

i want to suggest to Bill Binney he go to russia ... i imagine he was paid pretty well while at the NSA he probably can afford to just go and rent a place for a year

he might be safe in russia, or at least safe from attack by drones

i dont think the US Air Force, if that's who it is, can operate drones in Russia

it's torture, its harmful, it can kill you, brain damage you, and he's not going to be able to do anything or help any other person or cause if he is brain damaged or killed

it would be AMAZING if he travelled to russia and found he was safe or mostly safe there

in fact it could put a screeching halt to the worst of directed energy attacks, i think they'd have a hard time continuing to do this to us if there were a known safe haven
