I think people should ask the gov and FDA and their doctors with that document personally forcng them to stick to their hippocratic oath, of harming the pataint and potentially others they then come into contact with who have never had the shot, and their children and childrens childrens who will be genetically modified organisms in a true scientific labelling and no longer human beings, that is how a true lab set up would work and how it would be labelled in a lab after doing this to a creature.
