isn't Jovan Pulitzer a bit of a nut job?....I mean he has patents but some weird other shit going on.
He isn't saying anything that hasn't been said, problem is they have had so much time to CORRUPT everything.
FORENSIC TESTING of the BIDEN ONLY BALLOTS MUST BE DONE.
If those MARKS are all made by the SAME METHOD/INK you have your smoking gun that Bannon keeps talking about, recounting FRAUD doesn't change anything.
