Georgia: No Auditable Trail from Adjudicated Dominion Ballets

Seems to be some confusion but this was clarified today:

1) Ballots that were "spoiled" in some way were sent for adjudication
2) A new, replacement ballot was printed to replace the spoiled ballot
3) The original ballot is discarded - who knows if it is kept - based on the testimony of massive shredding happening it is likely they are not kept
4) There is no audit trail of who or when said adjudication took place

So, of course, any recount, hand or otherwise, will show the "correct" vote totals that include the adjudicated ballots.

Typically, only 1-2% of ballots need to be adjudicated - in Fulton County there was a 94% adjudication for a single batch of 130K ballots.

How do ballots get "spoiled"? Pulitzer showed how ballots from Republican-leaning precincts were printed differently than those from Democrat-leaning precincts. In addition to an incremental bar code of unknown usage, the Repub-leaning precincts ballot had misaligned printing, which would have made the ballot unreadable and therefore "spoiled". Who knows what % of ballots were like this - but Pulitzer has asked and the GA Senate committee requested the full set of ballots from 10:30PM to 1PM from SFA Arena.

So: Print Bad Ballots----> Send them to Repub Precincts ----->"Adjudicate" them the way u want them -----> Replace with "real" ballots ----> Shred original ballots----> Lather, Rinse, Repeat
