Hello GLP.

I actually remember this thread being on the board at the beginning of 2021 the first time I was in 2021, only I had no idea I was reading a post from a future version of myself.

I am just a regular GLP anonymous coward who reads the site every day and have been for years.

I remember being scared shitless at the beginning of 2021 because of all the shit going on then...err...now.

And not knowing what was going to happen...

I know all of you are going to ask me what happened after now so that you can all rest easy knowing shit will get better, but I actually remember this thread from the previous version of me from the future and that me absolutely refused to give out that information because GLP is read by not only people who are awake trying to wake others up, but also ... GLP is read by those people who are in charge of locking down and enslaving humanity.

If I give out the details of what will happen, I will be giving them a heads up and that's going to be bad for us, so I can't.

And I can't tell you how I went back in time because if I do that, those same folks will know and then it won't be possible for me to do this the next time.

What can I tell you?

Well, obviously, time travel exists.

It isn't something anybody can get their hands on easily.

The fact that I got access does tell you something since there is no way someone like me or would ever normally get access.

There was a lot of uprisings. I'm from an absurdly short amount of time in the future. Only because of all the pandemonium was I able to get access to this. I didn't have anything left to lose at that point and it seemed like anything was better than staying put. I tried to go back in time enough to before any of this shit started, but there was some kind of malfunction, because I barely went back like a year. I say I'm stuck here because I already worked it out that even if I try to go to the same place at the same time to use the same device again, it won't work because obviously, the younger me gets there first since that was me yesterday.

I am trying to figure out if I should try to find the younger me or not. I didn't the last time, so maybe there was a reason I didn't and I shouldn't.

Time travel is not what you think. It isn't like they make it look in the movies. You don't go back naked, fall out of the sky or travel through some weird tunnel like Bill and Ted.

You set a period of time to go back on a computer terminal, not an old dial. It says, how many years back do you want to go? I didn't want to go too far back in case I never live long enough to get back to use it again if I needed to, so I put 5 years in, but apparently, I got sent back about 1 year. I don't know if it is precise normally because I put in exactly 5 years and it went back not exactly 1 year. It's off by at least a week. This is embarrassing but I didn't really keep track of the date when I left. Things like Christmas and New Years are sort of irrelevant time markers when society is in meltdown.

How do I put this? Oh yeah, you remember how Portland and Seattle were during that autonomous zone thing? That's a joke compared to what the world is like now.

I'm probably sharing too much but lets just say that it doesn't matter who goes into the oval office this month. Nobody cares soon after because everybody realizes, and I mean EVERYBODY realizes the powers that be are behind it very soon and that's when everybody arms up.

Then, for a little while, it's like everybody gets along. Left and right are gone. Nobody cares who you voted for or if you voted at all. Everybody realizes that it is a big sham. It's like the media cover ups get so stupid and obvious that even the most brainwashed idiots get super confused and start looking for information on the net. GLP gets really, really, really busy with everybody who was asleep looking for answers and that's not the only website. Like anyplace with awake people gets inundated.

Nobody knows how to organize though. Nothing actually gets done, but then people just start quitting their jobs because they don't want to wear a mask or work for the man. That's when it starts to get weird.

You go to the store to buy shit and like nobody is working there. Like the manager at walmart is like the only person there and people use the self checkout line and still pay for everything because nobody wants to descend into chaos.

That goes on for a while and it's sort of incredible, for a while.

Then, people run out of money because nobody is working and they have to simply get their groceries and walk out of the store and the manager is like whatever. Rich people still pay at the self checkout and poor people just walk out of the store, but nobody hoards, that's the one rule everybody sticks to. If you look like you are hoarding, you will get dirty looks and everyone is armed so nobody does it.

I don't know what kicked off the unrest in the streets. Maybe it was the powers that be funding it like they did in Portland or Seattle, but it started getting like that in some other areas and then all of the sudden, like a LOT of areas, too many to count.

Only this time, everybody is armed up with weapons, not umbrellas and laser pointers. And cops are not about to risk their lives when the odds are that ridiculously not in their favor.

Some cities have good armed types with guns sort of keeping the peace and other cities are like Portland was.

Eventually, the mainstream media simply stopped reporting and went off the air and gave up. The leadership took off and left us all abandoned. The troops left behind on the bases have no commander in chief and simply try to figure out how they can be of service in their local populations to keep traffic flowing and so on; they don't get involved with the armed civilians; they are under oath not to engage the domestics in any hostile way unless over-run on their bases. They allow people to come on the bases after being searched and showing good will to take supplies to help themselves or others without hoarding.

I wanted to find out what the government secrets were, so I went looking to figure out where they hid stuff. Apparently, nobody else was curious or I thought of it first, because I found this device and nobody else was around, so I used it. Maybe someone else used it before me and left no trace. Maybe others will find what I found and use it after me. It was not super easy to find. I have to say. I did not expect to find this. I didn't actually believe this existed and I still remember the thread the last me posted here, only, like I said, I didn't know that was me.

Good, since you are here now, go make some money, since you know what will happen, then get premium member and then will believe you , if you post a donation to someone , anyone, legit donation of one million.

Do the above and then you will have credibility.:)

The one that you will donate the one million, must upload a video anywhere with the link here to that video, saying only the phrase, chickens fly, one cat but what cat, barks now and not later.

It is simple actually.

So in a store with nobody working exept the manager, everything will be gone in a few ours. And the store stays empty and total chaos begins.

Oh yeah, I forgot...

Time travel isn't what I thought it would be like. I sort of got off on a tangent.

The terminal I was at asked me how many years back I want to go. No passwords or anything. Just a screen with that already on the screen. I put in 5 and hit enter and waited for the screen to say something else.

The screen just sat there and did nothing at all.

I waited for a while and nothing happened at all, from my perspective. Eventually, I had to go to the bathroom, so I left.

I went outside to take a leak. This is in the middle of nowhere. That's all I will say.

It was daytime when I went in and I was only in there for like minutes. When I came out, it was night, so I was like, what the fuck, how long was I in there for.

I still have a cell phone even though they don't work anymore. I am still attached to it. I keep it charged up with a solar thing and use it to tell what time it is and write notes to myself...the internet is not online anymore...or wasn't online on my phone anyway...until it popped up and that's when I was like, what?

It updated the time and date automatically and went online and then I thought it was a malfunction and I went online and went to GLP and saw the date of the posts and knew the time travel had worked.

My phone died because it was night and my solar thing doesn't charge at night. I fell asleep and this morning my phone started charging and turned on. I went on GLP and here I am.

Doesn't that put your life in a loop? Every time your original self reaches that future moment when you go back in time you start over again. No only that it reproduces another you. You will be a busy man (or men) in the future (or now).

There is no loop in what he writes, you put now another feature, can we stay to the previous installment without the current update?, before you realize it, there will be so many updates and it will get confusing, the truth will derail and like a snake with heads that grow more than you can chop off, it will get uncontrolled, from that point we are doomed in finding the truth if any truth exists.

Which of course , no truth exists here as there is no reason to have his phone charging with electricity if he knows that it can only charge through solar energy since electricity is out of hand in the future.

and the phone OP, can't turn on by itself while charging, you have to press and turn it on, so there it is, even if you did not have it on electricity, there is no way it could turn on by itself because of starting to charge, of course you will say taht you have put to open at a specific hour but then you would now know that it went off, and solar charging needs a lot of time to charge a battery, and hasn't got the amps to sustain an open smartphone with only the solar energy.

You would think the store would run out of shit.
I thought that too.

Truckers didn't stop. They don't wear masks anyway.

Farmers didn't stop.

And there is so much shit people don't buy now because it's totally pointless.

People get groceries and groceries get shipped. Gas gets shipped. Automated credit card machines still work.

Mainly, the grocery workers being forced to wear masks decided it wasn't worth it and quit. Why work for $10 bucks an hour at a register all day wearing a mask when you know you are being lied to?

Basically, what is not essential to society just stopped wherever people didn't want to keep doing their jobs. If it was a bullshit job, paid next to nothing or you were forced to live a lie, people simply had no more will to continue.

To the people saying prove it by donating a million dollars, I didn't have any money when I went back in time and I don't have any money now. I have my phone, my computer, my solar charging thing, the clothes on my body and a backpack with a few snacks, water and my personal protection. That's it. I have no idea how to make money with the information I have.

If I had a million dollars, I certainly wouldn't give it away.

I know it sounds like paradise, everything at the store being "free". It isn't paradise. It's like the world is a post apocalyptic confusion zone with a few rules that people follow, most people, to get along with others and then you have some crazies fucking up inner cities and making their own stupid autonomous zones -- lord of the flies type of stupid, accomplishing nothing...

There is no plan to get society back on track. I don't know how long shit can go on like that. There is zero leadership and zero media. It is just like everybody is waiting for somebody else to figure out how to get it back on track and nobody anybody likes is taking charge and there isn't any way to let everybody know if there was. Before the internet went down, it was pretty clear that all government leaders bugged out and split, left the country, got on their yachts or ran to get away from being torn limb from limb.

Well, not everybody...

They got Bill Gates. That lasted about 3 1/2 seconds. People were pretty overjoyed on that one. He was caught, sentenced and killed really fast. That was months ago though. Since then, everybody bad got the fuck out.

My phone was on.

It wasn't on the internet since the internet is down.

When I went outside it was dark.

I pulled out my phone, which still had power stored and turned it on.

Usually it turns on, but the internet doesn't come up.

This time, the internet came up and the time updated and that's when I knew it wasn't just a reset with a bad time and date ... when the internet came up, I knew it had to be a time before the internet went down.

Then, I used up the remaining battery reading on the internet and lost charge due to it being night and my solar charger not charging and I fell asleep.

When I woke up, my phone was charging on my solar charger and I booted it up.

I hope that was clearer.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 67406729

It's from the classic 80s movie, Back to the Future, with Michael J. Fox.

The crazy scientist hooked up the flux capacitor to a DeLorean, and with some plutonium (from some shady characters) and the exact right speed, the car is able to time travel.

The teen (Michael J. Fox) goes back to 1955 to meet his parents in high school. It's a silly madcap story, but worth the watch if you haven't seen it. He jams out on a guitar at a school dance, to the shock of the 50s teens, which is somewhat amusing.

Out of curiosity, AC, how old are you?

EDIT: Sorry, AC, I forgot to mention, in case it's not clear: the flux capacitor is fictional, and is often a little joke inserted in discussions of time travel.

Re: I am from the future. I was not intending to come back to this time. It was an accident. Now, I am stuck.

Re: I am from the future. I was not intending to come back to this time. It was an accident. Now, I am stuck.

So you've only used the machine once then? Otherwise you'd realize that there are many threads and timelines and it's exceedingly difficult to find the one thread in thousands you need to go back to.

The future you describe is plausible, however, it's most likely 1 in thousands of possible futures forward from this thread. I'd also think that it would require Trump being removed from the picture, because millions are following him.

Your future vision; do you have specifics of what happens with the RNA vaccine?

O'Reilly's Auto Parts lists one, but it's always out of stock:

what are those flux capacitors?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 67406729

It's from the classic 80s movie, Back to the Future, with Michael J. Fox.

The crazy scientist hooked up the flux capacitor to a DeLorean, and with some plutonium (from some shady characters) and the exact right speed, the car is able to time travel.

The teen (Michael J. Fox) goes back to 1955 to met his parents in high school. It's a silly madcap story, but worth the watch if you haven't seen it. He jams out on a guitar at a school dance, to the shock of the 50s teens, which is somewhat amusing.

Thank you, sweet girl. :)

48 almost, look far younger, and feel like a kid, not bright either, love this site cause can speak without the need to be adult, looking self at mirror some times and only visible thing that shows that there is an adult in front of the mirror, are the white things that look like hair that old people have, but they are not lot, when being shaved, don't look at all like old adult, then again, regardless of the age, can't feel adult, feeling it when all the bills come and have to pay for them, or when driving and know that it is permitted cause of age, some jokes that might seem weird or sick, are just as pure as the heart is, there is no bad here.
