I have no idea what time this will be. Article says it should be the first order of business though - after calling a quorum which they are doing right now.

So they established a quorum in the House. 5 missing Republicans and 2 missing Democrats. Dems have a 13 vote advantage today. Funny though after that vote they recessed instead of going straight into the vote for Speaker.
