K2. Magensium. B3, selenium. Tonic water. C. Basic stuff. There lots of other things that help. Why doesn't everyone take oil of oregno when needed? Why let it get bad enough to go to the hospital and if you have family in a care home, make sure you are sending them vitamins to take. Unless these people are all having car accidents, or have the worst doctors who don't give antibiotics for infections, do not understand why there is a problem with ambulances.
